Easy a Quotes

In my sphere time I’d like watching different movies; especially I prefer films from comedy genre. Don’t know why, but I’m used to look through people’s movie reviews and evaluations before begin watching them. Looking through such reviews I found the 2010 teenage comedy Easy A, staring by Emma Stone. Generally I don’t like teenage comedies, as almost each of them is with the same script and content; an Ordinary teenage love story. But at the same time I have seen movies by Emma Stone, and I enjoyed these films and I have sympathy to this actress. She is a young actress with already a strong filmography. Especially I like films: The House Bunny, Crazy, Stupid, Love, Paper Man and of course Easy A, as I mentioned above.

Reviewing Comedy Script

This is a teenage comedy with a very good script. When I looked through the evaluation of this film by Emma Stone, her first impression was the script and the lines of her character. It has a good written script with smart quotes by Bert V. Royal, directed by Will Gluck. The movie is inspired by the Scarlett Letter. A story is about a teenager called Olive. She is one ordinary girl, who is invisible for everyone, especially for the opposite gender, as she mentions in the movie. Her life is very calm, with no special life episodes. But one day her ordinary life is changed because of one lie. The lie about her virginity becomes the rumor of the whole college and her classmates and Olive is judged according to these rumors. She is pretend to be a most glamour lady in the college. The main character decides to take this chance and to become the most popular and attractive girl in the school. And so she does. The invisible for everyone becomes the most attractive girl in the eyes of boys. Her activity and rumors about her becomes the reason why Marianne her schoolmate, a religion girl decides to make other students against Olive. Olive’s reputation worsens day by day, also in the eyes of her lecturers. That’s a little story of Easy A.

The movie has a good acting. All the characters of the film are significant. But from my point of view the main role here plays Olive and Marianne. Not only from the comedy idea, but as well if we judge all characters as the manner and way of acting their roles. My sympathy goes for Olive and Marianne. Both of them are smart girls, acting their roles really amazingly. These two characters keep us watching the entire movie and having fun with this comedy.

The most enjoyable scenes are when Olive and Brandon are in the bedroom and all other students are waiting for them. This is the moment when the rumors are curtained in the student’s eyes and from that moment everyone tries to date with Olive. In real nobody has romantic feelings with Olive, but they are just trying to increase their social names by becoming Olive’s boyfriends. The second scene is Olive’s dialogues with her parents. In my opinion here the parents are the example of how the teenager’s parents should be. If we take into account the position of Olive’s mom and dad, we can make our conclusion that good parents shouldn’t be too strict and not punishing their children, but giving them some wise advices. And the last one is when Olive is going to the priest. These scenes make the movie more humorous and makes the viewers giggle.

There are funny moments, which make the film viewers to laugh a lot. The movie quotes makes this comedy a humorous one. The lines by characters aren’t overloaded by the jokes. The overall dialogues are better than quotes from other teenage comedies as they are wiser and above the teenage language style.

As Easy A is a teenage comedy the film is most popular in teenagers, what is the film’s impact on them? As I’ve already mentioned the dialogues and quotes from movie Easy A aren’t rude and impolite. There are some lines and quotes especially by the main character that could teach something new about the life to teenagers. Maybe the movie gives some of them chance to think of their lives and decide how to manage it.
